Luko Property Ltd is registered for two activities — buying and selling of own real estate (SIC 68100) and other letting and operating of own or leased real estate (SIC 68209) — and is registered at Smithfield Avenue in Chesterfield.

Both are done on the company's own account. We are the principal in every transaction: we buy property, we sell property we own, and we let property we own or lease. We are not an estate agent, we are not a letting agent, and we do not act for other owners or hold anyone else's money.

We are also not an investment business. Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation or an inducement to acquire, dispose of or invest in property or in any investment, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. There is no yield figure here, no projected return and no portfolio pitch, and that is deliberate.

What we try to be is straightforward to deal with. Terms in writing before anything is signed, costs stated up front, and a named person to contact when something needs fixing.
